Three different ways to explore the Baha'i Faith

In addition to participating in study circles, reading Baha'i books and discussing the Faith with Baha'is in your area, following is a selection of courses you may wish to experience:

 

'How to study the Baha'i Faith' -- online course Dec. 15 – March 15

Learn “How to Study the Baha'i Writings” in an e-learning course offered through the Wilmette Institute, an educational agency of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States.

The course teaches readers a number of ways to understand Baha'i texts, particularly Scripture, which uses symbolic language to express spiritual truths.

Tuition is $150; $120 for seniors and students; $300 for groups. Substantial financial aid is available for those who demonstrate need. Contact the Wilmette Institute through its website, at info@wilmetteinstitute.org or at 877-945-6388.



"Seekers weekend" – Jan. 11-13 at
Bosch Baha'i School, Santa Cruz, Calif.

This introduction to the Baha'i Faith covers various aspects of the Faith using an interest survey participants complete at the start of each session. Prayer sessions and informal discussions create an environment that opens hearts and minds to the healing message of Baha’u’llah. Tuition (including room and board) is $140 for adults; $60 for children.

 

'Encountering Baha’u’llah' – Feb. 1-3 at Green Acre Baha'i School, Eliot, Maine

Baha’u’llah’s story, station, charm, historical significance and loving grace are explored in music, quotes, lecture, audio-visual presentations, devotional narratives and arts. For adults and youth 15 and older. Tuition (including room and board) is $210.
